As a Call Center Associate, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective students, scheduling college information visits, campus tours, and meetings with admissions counselors. Your exceptional people skills, caring motivational style, and strong communication abilities will enable you to build meaningful connections and drive admissions success.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• Dynamic, professional, and articulate telephone communication skills
• A high-energy and caring personality with a strong work ethic
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
• A college degree or be currently pursuing a degree
• Proficiency in technology, with experience in CRM being a plus
• Ability to follow guidelines and compliance standards
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are highly desirable

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

• $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
• 20-24 hours per week, with flexible scheduling options (Monday to Thursday evenings and Saturdays)
