Key Responsibilities

• Stay up-to-date on our products and services, using this knowledge to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions
• Maintain accurate customer records, ensure seamless sales order processing, and collaborate with sales representatives to drive customer satisfaction
• Work closely with the customer service team to ensure comprehensive coverage and support

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or support, preferably in the veterinary or medical industry
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, with experience in CRM and ERP systems a plus
