Senior XACTLY Business Systems Analyst (Remote)

We're seeking an exceptional Senior XACTLY Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Splunk, a leader in building a safer and more resilient digital world. As a remote position, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere, collaborating with our global teams to drive business growth and success.

In this critical role, you'll define, design, and deliver XACTLY-centric solutions that enable and enhance our Commissions management. You'll partner with business leadership, project management, and technical teams to ensure high-quality solutions that meet current and anticipated business needs. Your expertise will be essential in driving effective issue management, communicating with key stakeholders, and evaluating alternatives to satisfy business objectives.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing complex business problems and developing technical solutions
• Maintaining and configuring Incentive Compensation and Commission Expense Accounting Systems (Xactly Incent and Xactly CEA)
• Providing training, data management, and ongoing support for Xactly applications
• Collaborating with global teams to design, improve, and implement compensation systems
• Developing and testing Connect processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy
• Documenting Standard Operating Procedures and facilitating UAT sessions with business partners

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 6+ years of experience with the Xactly Product Suite, including Xactly Incent, Xactly CEA, and Xactly Connect
• Experience with SQL and developing integrated solutions between systems
• Deep understanding of software testing, sales compensation processes, and systems
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
• Ability to work optimally in a team environment and communicate effectively
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a similar field

Splunk offers a competitive salary range of $105,600.00 - $181,500.00 per year, depending on location, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
