Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, develop, and present innovative design solutions that meet client goals and objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and tools.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects, meeting deadlines and ensuring high-quality results.
• Collaborate with Senior Designers and Art Directors to maintain consistency and excellence in design.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' brands, adhering to their requirements and guidelines.
• Demonstrate exceptional project management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision, to achieve outstanding results.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• At least 1-3 years of experience in design or an agency environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of email marketing, responsive design, digital design, pre-press, concepting, and storyboarding.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
