Digital Campaign Coordinator

Join Roche's Global Digital Hub in Budapest, where you'll play a vital role in strengthening our digital capabilities and supporting central initiatives with social media management, brand support, digital publishing services, marketing automation, copywriting, and creative design. As a Digital Campaign Coordinator, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of digital campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional marketing teams, and providing expert guidance on digital tools and campaign best practices.

In this role, you will:

• Lead the planning and implementation of communication projects that support Roche's business teams
• Interact and collaborate with cross-functional teams to set up and own the timely execution of campaigns across multiple channels and platforms
• Prepare regular activity reports and respond to complex questions from cross-functional teams
• Work individually and with a team to recommend actions, schedule and plan project tasks and responsibilities, and track progress to ensure on-time completion
• Provide in-depth specialist knowledge and coach team members and other colleagues to help them develop expertise and skills
• Monitor compliance-related tasks and perform campaign publishing tasks for email newsletters, edetailers, and websites

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• 5+ years of experience in digital campaign management or project management, with experience in the pharmaceutical industry being an asset
• Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to create and maintain well-functioning relationships with internal stakeholders, the wider Lab team, and third-party providers
• Competence in handling CMS, digital publishing, and other platforms
• Fluency in English and the ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
• A creative thinking mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to recommend and support improving content and campaign performance
