Senior Product Designer

About Us

Responsibilities

• Lead design for key product areas, from research and ideation to execution and launch
• Collaborate with product managers to uncover user needs, workflow pain points, and mental models across complex personas and use cases
• Design intuitive and elegant experiences, translating complexity into clarity with user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and detailed interaction specs
• Develop clean and powerful data visualizations and dashboards for users to interact with structured data, system alerts, and critical information
• Contribute to and evolve our design system to support scalability, accessibility, and consistency across product lines
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and designers, to iterate quickly and build high-quality solutions
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of feedback, experimentation, and continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience, with significant time spent on enterprise or complex B2B tools
• Strong portfolio showcasing ability to simplify complicated workflows and data-heavy interfaces
• Proven experience designing for SaaS power users in industries like logistics, security, or operations
• Fluency in Figma (or equivalent) and rapid prototyping tools, with bonus points for experience with motion design or front-end basics
• Deep empathy for users combined with sharp business and technical intuition
• Excellent storytelling, written communication, and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field preferred
