Key Responsibilities:

As a Digital Project/Program Manager, you will:

• Support the Digital Product Owner in ideating, developing, and launching innovative digital experiences
• Assist in creating and articulating the product roadmap and prioritizing the product backlog
• Lead multi-disciplinary project teams and establish continuous improvement pipelines
• Develop and maintain written reports, workplans, and roadmap documents
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive user-centered design and analytics-driven decision making

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• 10+ years of experience in digital project/program management
• At least 3 years of experience in product management, with a focus on digital product development
• At least 2 years of experience with digital platforms, tools, and disciplines (e.g., JIRA, Google Analytics, Git Repository, MS TEAMS, Confluence)
• Strong knowledge of agile project management methodologies and practices
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

While not required, the following skills and qualifications are desirable:

• 2+ years of experience in user-centered design and user research
• 2+ years of experience in customer relationship management platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
• 2+ years of experience in web content management platforms (e.g., Sitecore)
• Management or supervisory experience
