2024 Summer Internship - Corporate Risk (Masters)

As a summer intern, you will be part of a professional development program designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of our company's operations, business strategies, and corporate culture.

Program Overview: The Corporate Risk Development Summer Program is a pipeline program that offers master's students a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in risk management, compliance, and financial services. The program includes relationship building, relevant work assignments, coaching, performance feedback sessions, group projects, and informative learning sessions with key leaders.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze policies and procedures related to low-to-medium risk tasks and deliverables
• Collaborate with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
• Develop understanding of compliance and risk management requirements
• Perform analysis and research on emerging risks and provide recommendations
• Produce performance monitoring and benchmarks regarding growth, mix, delinquency, losses, and overall profitability and performance

Requirements

• Master's degree candidate from a 2-year program with an expected graduation of December 2024 - May/June 2025
• 6+ months of work experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
• Demonstrated interest in the fields of IT, STEM, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Law, Accounting, and/or Analytics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
