We're seeking a highly skilled 3D Artist Generalist to join our Research Technical Art Team at Workwarp. As a remote team member, you'll collaborate closely with researchers to invent the future of Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR). If you're passionate about creating stunning, photorealistic 3D assets and pushing the boundaries of what's possible, we want to hear from you!

Job Summary:

• Location: Remote (work from anywhere)

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills:

• Experience producing CG photorealistic environment geometry (e.g., buildings)
• Proficiency in Blender and Unreal Engine (preferred)
• PBR material authoring experience (Substance Painter/Designer)
• Texture authoring and baking
• Setting up lighting to match photographic reference

Bonus Skills:

• Color matching renders to photographic color space
• Houdini experience (nice to have)
• Familiarity with USD/GLTF formats
• Familiarity with 3D scanning and photogrammetry
