Are you a highly organized and proactive administrative professional with a passion for supporting impactful teams? Join Starbucks as an Administrative Assistant supporting three directors across our licensed stores in the Northeast! As a key member of our team, you will provide advanced, dedicated administrative support, handling confidential and complex information with discretion and initiative. You'll be a vital link in ensuring the smooth operation of our licensed store partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars with meticulous attention to detail, prioritizing tasks and resources to maximize productivity.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to three directors, including correspondence, communication, and project coordination.
  • Serve as a central point of contact, directing inquiries and facilitating information exchange between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organize and execute complex administrative projects, including budget tracking, data analysis, and report generation.
  • Create visually compelling presentations, charts, and tables using advanced technology.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, ensuring seamless and efficient executive travel.
  • Support team meetings, events, and initiatives, contributing to a collaborative and engaging work environment.
  • Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide onboarding and support to new partners within the department.
  • Champion company policies and provide training and coaching to the department.
  • Contribute to coffee education initiatives and promote awareness of company products and services.
