What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Respond to a high volume of phone and digital communications from customers, ensuring an exceptional service experience
- Address customer inquiries related to orders, products, policies, and services with accurate and timely responses
- Perform filing and general clerical duties as required by the supervisor
- Assist in resolving customer complaints by clarifying issues and escalating unresolved matters to the supervisor
- Help customers place orders and provide recommendations on products
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Customer service and call center experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills
- Computer proficiency and ability to comprehend and write simple correspondence

- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Previous experience in a customer service role
