Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as operations and sales, to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded
  • Stay up-to-date on American Airlines' products, services, and policies to provide accurate and informative responses to customer inquiries

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 18 years of age

  • Authorization to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in the airline or travel industry
  • Knowledge of Sabre or other passenger management systems
