Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute product strategies, guiding the product lifecycle from planning to tactical implementation
  • Collaborate with analysis teams to drive direction and optimize products and usage
  • Communicate with customers to identify needs, opportunities, and gaps, and resolve issues
  • Brainstorm and negotiate effectively with stakeholders to define priorities and make tough trade-offs
  • Lead the business feature breakdown into stage elements and stories, and compose stories for scrum teams
  • Champion agile methodology and change management, with a focus on delivering results and driving business metrics

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a strong preference for a degree in Computer Science
  • At least 4+ years of experience in Product Management, with a proven track record of driving projects and teams in a global, complex, and fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the Travel industry and/or a strong American Express Big Data environment is desirable
  • Technical knowledge and understanding of data and services, including APIs, database capacity, and agile methodologies
  • Proven ability to drive innovation and business metrics, with a customer-first approach and a focus on delivering results
  • SAFE/Agile Product Owner certification is preferred, with a background in Software Development being a plus
