Job Summary:

In this entry-level role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have. You will be working in a fast-paced environment and will be expected to be flexible and adaptable to meet the changing needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to American Express clients via phone, email, or chat
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction and productivity targets
  • Stay up-to-date with American Express products, services, and policies to provide accurate and helpful information to customers

Requirements:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications
