Remote Application Support Engineer (3rd Shift) - Join Our Dynamic Team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex troubleshooting and incident resolutions, collaborating with customers and internal teams to deliver exceptional service
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners to identify areas for improvement and provide tailored support
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring timely updates and issue resolution
• Triage and document root causes, working through the software development lifecycle (SDLC) to resolve issues
• Collaborate with engineering teams, performing QA functions, and developing reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Logi

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 5+ years of application support experience in a production environment, with expertise in SQL, Oracle, XML, JSON, PL/SQL, and C#
• Excellent customer service, organizational, and analytical skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience working in supply chain, WMS, WCS, WES, or other relevant positions (preferred)
