We're looking for a driven and purpose-oriented individual to join our North America Direct Fulfillment (DF) team. As a Program Manager, you will play a vital role in exceeding customer expectations by ensuring fast, safe, and accurate delivery of orders. You will work closely with our regional teams to develop and integrate products, create processes, and build mechanisms that continuously improve the customer experience.

As a Program Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting analytical deep dives into vendor data and metrics to develop strategies and improve performance
• Coaching team members on data-driven action planning and implementation of mechanisms
• Measuring and communicating program results to stakeholders
• Directly outreach to vendors to root-cause and execute scalable solutions to improve performance

A typical day in this role will include:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product, Tech, and Ops stakeholders, to contribute to process development and new launches
• Managing and executing programs with scope and impact across North America
• Reporting to leadership on program progress and outcomes
