Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of American Express, providing top-notch service to our valued card members. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing accurate and timely information on American Express products and services
  • Addressing customer concerns, troubleshooting issues, and escalating complex matters as needed
