About the Role

• Delivering world-class customer service via inbound call servicing
• Creating extraordinary travel experiences for our premium Card Members
• Conducting research, planning, and booking domestic and international flights, cars, and travel arrangements
• Communicating new and existing product offerings and incentives to Card Members
• Consistently putting the Card Member's experience at the forefront of all interactions

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the travel industry
• Proven ability to deliver premium customer care in a fast-paced, high-volume servicing environment
• Basic geography knowledge and ability to navigate computer applications and devices
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• A positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and grow
