Senior Automated Regression Testing Specialist - Remote Opportunity

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Automated Regression Testing Specialist to join our team at Workwarp. As a key member of the ELIAS Automated Regression Testing Team, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing automated tests to ensure the quality and efficiency of our applications. This is a remote opportunity with a competitive salary and immediate start date available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transform business test cases into automated test coverage using Tricentis TOSCA tool
• Develop and maintain repeatable, fully automated tests that operate without manual intervention
• Provide creative solutions to challenges encountered during test development and execution
• Rapidly update tests based on changes in the application
• Contribute to the development of lights-out automation and risk-based testing techniques
• Execute unattended testing and maintain the test environment

Requirements:

• 12+ years of experience in automated testing, with a focus on regression testing
• Experience with Tricentis TOSCA tool and automated functional regression testing
• Strong knowledge of data-driven test development techniques, object recognition, and test validation
• Ability to develop basic SQL queries for database validation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience working in a project team environment
• Knowledge of Dev/Ops concepts, continuous testing, and Agile project methodologies

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with Medicaid Eligibility, 508 testing, and CMS regulations
• Knowledge of risk-based testing techniques and experience deploying them
• Experience developing and executing API test cases and batch testing
• Prior experience working with state government agencies, particularly in Iowa, is highly desirable
