To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A strong passion for teaching and learning
• A TESL/TEFL Certificate (100 hours or more) or equivalent qualification
• A university degree and English teaching certificate (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, DELTA, etc.)
• Experience teaching one-to-one classes, preferably online
• Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills
• A cheerful, patient, and responsible attitude towards teaching
• A high-speed internet connection and familiarity with online learning platforms
