Job Overview

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat, calls, and emails, providing personalized support and guidance
• Help customers find the lowest-priced policies that best serve their needs, without upselling or pressuring them
• Write articles and update our internal database to support our customers and improve our services
• Maintain a valid Producer's License with Line of Authority of Property Casualty and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Complete mandatory client manager training within the first 30-45 days of employment

Requirements

• Valid Producer's License with Line of Authority of Property Casualty (expiration date 6 months or more in the future)
• Minimum 1 year of insurance sales experience
• Minimum 6 months of experience in a 100% remote-based position
• Strong command of the English language (verbal and written) and excellent communication skills
• Customer service experience, ideally in a call center environment
• Computer literacy and ability to navigate basic software programs (Microsoft Office, Slack, Zoom, Salesforce, Email, etc.)
• Excellent attention to detail, ability to learn new systems and skills quickly, and excellent time management skills
• Able to work one weekend day as part of your weekly schedule

What We Offer

• Competitive hourly rate: $25.74 per hour (non-negotiable)
• Promotion to Senior Client Manager (with pay raise) after 18 consecutive months in the position
• 15 days (120 hours) of PTO per year, 6 paid holidays, and paid bereavement leave
