Remote Data Architect - Full-Time Opportunity with The Coca-Cola Company

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Architect to join our team at The Coca-Cola Company. As a Data Architect, you will play a key role in designing and implementing data solutions that drive business growth and improvement. This is a full-time, remote opportunity that offers a competitive salary and the chance to work with a global leader in the beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement data solutions that meet business requirements and align with the company's architecture and standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data integration and optimal system performance
  • Define and enforce performance metrics, balance, and sustainability of data solutions
  • Develop and maintain modern standards and guidelines for emerging technologies within our infrastructure
  • Provide technical expertise and support to data product teams, including partners, product leads, data architects, and data scientists
  • Lead the development of Proof of Concepts for new challenges and provide detailed guidance on their implementation
  • Continuously review platform performance metrics to ensure effectiveness and efficiency
  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential issues in our data solutions

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience working with data products development
  • 3+ years of experience designing and implementing data products (extractions, reports, dashboards)
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Experience with Business Intelligence data visualization tools like PowerBI, Tableau, Microstrategy, etc.
  • Experience with Azure Cloud Data Services and Architecture
  • Strong knowledge of relational SQL databases and non-relational databases
  • Strong understanding of data modeling and architecture
  • Knowledge of Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) tools
  • Knowledge of architecture and networking across different Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, and/or GCP)
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
  • Knowledge of Scrum procedures

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience designing, modeling, and developing Data Science and AI solutions
  • Experience using CI/CD tools - GitHub, GoCD, Terraform, and/or Azure DevOps
  • Experience in programming languages used in Data Product Development
  • Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM)
  • Familiarity with Agile Scrum and DevOps best practices
  • Experience working in a global, distributed team, with in-house and external delivery resources
