As a Customer Service Agent, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving complex issues, and driving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound inquiries and outbound communication via chats, emails, and calls, providing accurate and timely information to resolve customer issues.
  • Independently troubleshoot and resolve customer problems, escalating issues to team leaders, managers, and other departments as required.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest information and developments to support customer service operations, ensuring knowledge and expertise are current and relevant.
  • Adhere to Quality Assurance standards, schedules set by the Team Leader, and participate in projects aimed at achieving team objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, displaying a positive and adaptable attitude, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in frontline customer support, preferably in the financial or service industry.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, with a willingness to go above and beyond to solve complex problems.
  • Adaptable, resilient, and able to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills, as well as proficiency in your native language.
  • Multitasking, prioritizing, and time management skills.
  • Knowledge or interest in blockchain, digital assets, or fintech industry.
  • Flexible working hours and shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Right to work in the country you are based.
