• Location: Remote
• Start Date: Immediate openings available
• Compensation: Competitive salary ($15.50 - $20.00 per hour) + performance-based incentives

Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative - Collections, you'll be responsible for collecting on low-risk accounts, assisting customers in understanding their financial obligations, and providing guidance to limit losses to the bank. You'll work in a fast-paced, independent environment, requiring strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect on low-risk accounts to minimize delinquency rates
• Assist customers in a professional and empathetic manner to interpret their financial situation and provide guidance
• Negotiate repayment options and handle incoming and outgoing calls
• Maintain accurate documentation and account maintenance
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ year customer service experience required
• Collections experience preferred
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Strong attention to detail, organized, and motivated self-starter
• Basic level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Schedule

• Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 7:00pm
• Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Saturday: 8:00am - 12:00pm
• Weekly flexible prime-time hours required
