Key Responsibilities:

• Process and route prescriptions to pharmacists for completion, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Communicate with doctors and insurance agencies to resolve issues and facilitate claims
• Utilize excellent data entry skills to support team success and maintain high productivity levels
• Provide exceptional customer care in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician
• Pharmacy Technician certification in GA
• National Pharmacy Technician Certification
• Proven data entry experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Specialty pharmacy experience
• Claims processing experience, with ability to communicate with prescribers regarding case status and review claim issues
