Job Summary:

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of customer support experience in a similar industry or role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, with experience in using tools like Salesforce or similar platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting customer satisfaction targets.
