Minimum Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • One year of customer service experience (preferred)
  • Own PC and high-speed Internet service (both will be tested as part of the application process)
  • Desktop PC (preferred) with Windows 8.1 (or higher) and OSX 10.13+ (or later)
  • Quiet, distraction-free workspace at home
  • Telephone (landline or cell) required based on the position offered
  • Strong computer and Internet skills, comfortable operating in multiple applications simultaneously
  • Typing test will be part of the application process
  • People person with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
