Unlock Your Potential in a Dynamic Remote Role LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a seasoned Director, Channel Sales, Government to lead our channel sales strategy and drive revenue growth in the government vertical. About the Role: As Director, Channel Sales, Government, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and cross-functional coordination of strategic partnerships to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the assigned markets. You will identify and onboard new channel partners, ensure alignment with company strategy and objectives, and provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership on channel partner performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute the strategic channel sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the assigned markets.
  • Identify and onboard new channel partners, ensuring alignment with company strategy and objectives.
  • Strategic account management for assigned partners, ensuring the success of the partnership as demonstrated by revenue growth and expansion of the relationship.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with channel partners to assess performance, identify opportunities for growth, and address any challenges.
  • Ensure that all negotiation and execution of contracts, technical support, and customer support is delivered to exceed partner expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including market planning, marketing, product, legal, and customer support teams, to ensure channel partners have the tools and information needed to succeed.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform channel sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our solutions and strengthen channel relationships.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in channel sales, with a focus on Public Safety and Defense & Intelligence markets.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth through channel partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of the Public Safety and Defense & Intelligence markets, including key players, trends, and challenges.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Travel required, up to 60%.
