Job Summary
We are seeking a nationally certified, licensed healthcare provider to provide primary and specialty nursing and medical care in a virtual care setting. The ideal candidate will be an experienced and intuitive healthcare professional with excellent diagnostic skills and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. You will work collaboratively with our team of physicians and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to our patients, with a focus on health promotion, disease prevention, and the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic health problems.
Core Responsibilities and Essential Functions
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to all patients in a safe and efficient manner
- Collaborate with our team of healthcare professionals to develop and utilize evidence-based medicine protocols for targeted diagnosis and treatment
- Conduct thorough medical histories, perform complete physical examinations, and initiate lab orders and diagnostic tests as needed
- Educate patients regarding their disease and treatment plans, and provide guidance on healthy lifestyle choices and disease prevention
- Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary care team to provide comprehensive care to our patients
- Utilize electronic health records and other digital health technologies to provide high-quality, efficient care
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant Education Program or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse Program
- Nationally certified as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Active licensure in GA, AL, FL, NC, SC, TN, or VA
- Minimum 3 years of experience in direct patient care, with at least 1 year of experience in a telehealth or virtual care setting
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with reliable high-speed internet and a professional work environment
