As a key player in our organization, you will provide a consultative sales experience to small businesses, helping them start, protect, manage, and grow their operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with small businesses to understand their aspirations, uncover needs, and discover problems to solve with our innovative solutions, including Supplies, Financial Management, Payroll, and Payments
• Build customer confidence by providing expert advice and tailored solutions to meet specific customer needs
• Acquire new users and grow existing customers' usage of our ecosystem of products across multiple channels
• Collaborate with our team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth

Requirements:

• Excellent conversational skills with customers
• Proven sales experience, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment
• Strong computer software skills and ability to learn new technologies
