At Brightline, we're revolutionizing the way people travel by making it more convenient, sustainable, and hospitable. Our Stations Operation team is dedicated to providing exceptional guest service, and as a Guest Connections Specialist, you will be an integral part of this team. You will be responsible for answering guest inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support to our Station Operations teams, all while showcasing your excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

About the Role

As a Guest Connections Specialist, your primary objective will be to deliver exceptional guest experiences through various channels of communication, including email, chat, and phone. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, and your goal will be to resolve their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to guest inquiries via email, chat, and phone, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing support to our Station Operations teams and ensuring seamless communication
  • Demonstrating knowledge of our booking and travel policies, fare structures, and special needs services
  • Utilizing various software tools to manage guest interactions and resolve issues
  • Anticipating guest needs and providing personalized recommendations and solutions
  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure a cohesive and exceptional guest experience

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should be:

  • A people-person with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Proficient in computer skills, with the ability to type approximately 40wpm
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing situations
  • Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • At least 18 years old, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role
