Job Overview:

• Location: Remote (work from the comfort of your own home)
• Schedule: Monday - Friday (no weekends)
• Experience: Minimum of one year in medical billing and collections
• Travel: None required

Primary Responsibilities:

• Answer patient calls regarding Explanation of Benefits (EOB) and research balances
• Manage patient refunds and process patient payments
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, clients, and guests

Requirements:

• Minimum of one year of experience in medical billing and collections
• Current knowledge of medical billing and reimbursement for commercial insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare
• Thorough understanding of EOBs and ability to effectively communicate with patients via phone and writing
• Extensive attention to detail, organization, and multi-tasking skills
• Self-motivated, team player with a positive attitude
