Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in maintaining a well-organized and engaging classroom environment
• Support individual students or groups with learning activities and materials
• Administer and score tests, as well as record student progress
• Develop and implement special strategies to reinforce student learning
• Operate and care for classroom equipment and materials
• Supervise students in various settings, including halls, restrooms, and playgrounds
• Collaborate with teachers to plan and conduct field trips and other educational activities
• Maintain accurate records, including student attendance and progress
• Communicate effectively with teachers, students, and parents

Requirements:

• Passing scores on the WorkKeys Test or completion of 48 college credits
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
