Job Title: Integrations Analyst I - Remote Opportunity

• Developing and implementing new data exchange solutions, documenting business requirements, and overseeing testing to ensure on-time launch
• Communicating with clients and vendors to gather and analyze requirements, and coordinating with project team members to understand client-specific benefits structures
• Configuring files, setting up secure file transfers, and testing to ensure seamless integrations
• Collaborating with internal and external parties to document requirements for data exchanges and providing exceptional customer service to clients and internal teams

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 1-3 years of experience in administrative outsourcing analysis or equivalent industry experience, with programming/coding experience in SaaS a plus
• Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, and XSL, with intermediate Excel skills and experience with pivot tables and VLOOKUP's
• Strong organization skills, ability to handle multiple client assignments, and facilitate meetings with clients and vendors
• A BS degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field of study is preferred

We offer a competitive salary range of $49,000 to $61,000 per year, depending on your education, experience, and skills, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and eligibility to participate in our annual bonus incentive plan.
