At Livius Prep, we're dedicated to fostering a love of learning and empowering students to succeed. We're seeking a passionate and experienced Tutor - High School to join our team in Malden, MA. As a Tutor, you'll play a vital role in supporting 9th and 10th-grade students in MCAS preparation, introductory college counseling, and study skills.Key Details:
- Start Date: Immediate openings available
- Location: Malden, MA (in-person on campus)
- Compensation: $35-40 per hour
- Schedule: Afternoons, Monday-Friday
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality instruction and support to 9th and 10th-grade students
- Maintain accurate records and provide detailed notes after each session
- Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless communication and support
- Be punctual, reliable, and available to work in-person on campus
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution
- Proven experience in teaching or tutoring high school students
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to connect with students and inspire them to reach their full potential
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. and completion of a federal I-9 form and national background check
