Job Summary:

As a Manager, Accounts & Tax, you will play a pivotal role in our team, overseeing a diverse portfolio of clients, leading junior staff, and ensuring seamless workflow and job completion. You will leverage your technical expertise and leadership skills to drive growth, deliver exceptional client service, and foster a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Management: Provide high-quality accounting and tax services to a diverse portfolio of clients, tailoring solutions to meet their unique needs
• Team Leadership: Supervise and support junior staff, reviewing their work, offering guidance, and promoting professional development
• Workflow Oversight: Ensure efficient workflow processes, addressing any issues and streamlining operations as needed
• Technical Expertise: Apply strong knowledge of accounting and tax regulations to deliver accurate financial reporting and compliance
• Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing valuable insights and advice

Requirements:

• Chartered Accountant (ACA/ACCA) with part or full qualification
• Extensive experience in accounts and tax
• Proven managerial experience or aptitude for leading and mentoring a team
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and client portfolios efficiently
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
