Material Handler - Loader

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Material Handler - Loader to join our North Metro Dist Warehouse Team 2 at Coca-Cola UNITED in Atlanta. As a Material Handler - Loader, you will play a critical role in ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

• Fill customer orders from tickets or voice commands, meeting set quotas and ensuring accuracy
• Identify products by description and quantity, and transport them to the staging area using pallet jacks or riding jacks
• Perform daily powered equipment inspections and maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Read and interpret customer orders, work orders, and shipping orders to determine items to be moved or distributed
• Sort and place materials on pallets according to predetermined sequences
• Record amounts of materials received or distributed, and count items for distribution within the plant

Requirements:

• Minimum age of 18 years old
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Regular and prompt attendance is essential
• Ability to maintain a neat and professional appearance
• Forklift and electric riding pallet jack experience preferred
• Physical demands include repeated grasping, continuous standing, walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50lbs.
