Job Description:

Effectuating changes in cost decisions, reorganizing merchandise, and implementing projects to enhance product presentation and meet supplier requirements. You will also develop and execute winning strategies to drive sales performance, build exhibit spaces and fixtures, and maintain promotional materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, providing excellent customer service to internal and external clients
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with retail associates, ensuring seamless communication and effective issue resolution
• Work in a fast-paced environment, lifting, bending, and operating lifting equipment, with on-site supervision
• Travel periodically (approximately 30-mile radius) to service a group of stores, with mileage expenses reimbursed

Requirements:

• Ability to work flexible hours, including day and night shifts, with occasional overnight travel
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships
• Physical ability to lift, bend, and operate lifting equipment, with or without reasonable accommodation
