Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized guidance and mentorship to aspiring Airbnb hosts
• Share expert tips and strategies for optimizing listings and delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Curate and share inspiring success stories from mompreneurs who have achieved Superhost status
• Develop engaging content, including blog posts, videos, and social media posts, to educate and motivate our community
• Foster a supportive and collaborative environment by collaborating with community members
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the vacation rental industry

Requirements:

• Proven experience and knowledge in the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication, mentorship, and content creation skills
• Familiarity with the Airbnb platform and Superhost criteria
• Passion for supporting and empowering fellow mompreneurs
• Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills
• Ability to stay current with industry trends and developments
