Compensation and Rewards:

The US national annual base salary range for this position is from $46,000 to $93,000. Additionally, this role is eligible for an annual Performance-Based Incentive, rewarding participants based on company performance.

Responsibilities:

As a Multi-National Travel Program Specialist, you will:

  • Interface regularly with GBC Category Practice Line Leads, applying best practices
  • Build strong relationships with Multi-National leadership and commercial teams
  • Generate innovative ideas to enhance products and services
  • Analyze data to create concise reports
  • Deliver results with a sense of urgency and customer focus
  • Demonstrate personal excellence in changing circumstances
  • Ensure high standards of quality in communication with clients

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Understanding of travel data and related processes
  • Proficient in travel-related technology such as online booking systems and reporting tools
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated with a commitment to quality and adaptability
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Previous experience in travel management or a related field is preferable
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
