About the Role

• Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings, utilizing a combination of intensive teaching and natural environment training
• Follow individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior
• Communicate with parents/guardians/caregivers regarding client progress
• Assist with parent/guardian/caregiver training and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Reliable transportation required
• ABA certification - Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) required
• Adult & Pediatric First Aid + CPR certifications (or willingness to obtain)
• Clear Tuberculosis (TB) test (or willingness to obtain)
• Physical ability to perform job duties, with or without reasonable accommodations
