Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging fitness classes for children aged 6 weeks to 10 years, promoting physical development, social skills, and fun
• Collaborate with our team to achieve monthly sales and promotional goals, driving business growth and success
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, ensuring a supportive and inclusive environment
• Utilize effective leadership and motivational skills to inspire children to reach their full potential
• Maintain a clean and safe facility, adhering to our high standards of quality and excellence

Requirements:

• Highly energetic and passionate about working with children
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to connect with children, parents, and colleagues
• Experience working with children, preferably in a fitness or educational setting
• Fitness background preferred (athletics, sports, dance, cheer, gymnastics, martial arts, or related field)
• Effective time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Clean background check, ensuring the safety and well-being of our children and staff
