To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• An Associate or Bachelor's degree, or 60+ college credits
• Three professional references, including one from a previous direct supervisor
• NJ Substitute Credential and background check & TB risk assessment (we'll cover the cost)
• Full COVID-19 vaccination and a passion for education
• An empathetic nature, a growth mindset, and a drive to be the best you can be
