Remote Business Analyst - Drive Innovation and Growth with Medlogix

We're seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Business Analyst to join our dynamic Product Development team, driving business growth and process improvement through agile software development and stakeholder collaboration.

In this mid-level role, you will serve as a key interface between internal and external stakeholders, translating operational requirements into actionable agile software requirements. Your expertise will inform business decisions, drive project outcomes, and contribute to the development of innovative solutions that enhance our clients' experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop clear, concise business and agile requirements that drive project success
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify operational needs and develop targeted solutions
  • Create proposals, contracts, and high-level documents that support business objectives
  • Design and develop financial spreadsheets, graphs, and system documentation that inform business decisions
  • Analyze data and develop business metrics to optimize production levels and outcomes
  • Develop training guides and deliver training sessions for internal and external clients
  • Coordinate with IT teams and Delivery Managers to ensure seamless project releases

Requirements

  • Proven experience working in Agile teams, capturing business requirements, and translating them into agile software requirements
  • Independent, self-motivated, and organized, with excellent documentation and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical, administrative, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Understanding of SQL server language and experience with data analysis and functional testing
  • Knowledge of Sprint process and project management principles, with Scrum Expert certification a plus
  • Four-year degree in Business or Computer Science, with 5+ years of experience as a Business Product Analyst in the SaaS software industry
  • Insurance and claims industry experience is a plus
