Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls, routing them to medical emergency services and third-party providers as needed
• Obtain critical information from callers, remaining calm and composed in high-pressure situations
• Maintain quality results by following standards and emergency protocols
• Document actions and complete forms, reports, logs, and records accurately
• Perform general data entry tasks, including setting up new customer accounts and entering medical history

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Punctuality, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Ability to work well under pressure and exhibit emotional control
• Strong sense of urgency and commitment to providing excellent customer service
