Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Online Data Analyst to join our dynamic team at Workwarp, a global leader in e-commerce. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in analyzing online merchandise data to inform business decisions and drive growth. This is a 12-month contract position with the opportunity to work fully remote (must live in EST) and enjoy a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and manipulate data from multiple sources and tools
• Analyze, cleanse, and organize data to extract insights and trends
• Utilize SQL to query and extract data as needed
• Conduct competitor analysis to inform product strategies
• Visualize and report solutions and performance using tools like Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst
• Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, SUMIFs, IF-THEN, and Pivot Tables
• SQL expertise, including ability to query and write from scratch
• Experience with web analytics, online merchandise analysis, or product/pricing analysis
• Exposure to data visualization tools, such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Excel
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Finance, Marketing, Analytics, Industrial Engineering, etc.)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to take ownership of work
