Job Overview

We are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Online English Tutors. As a tutor, you will have the opportunity to:

• Teach English to young learners and foreigners (ESL/EFL) in a virtual classroom setting
• Develop your teaching skills and expertise through our comprehensive TESOL training program (if you don't have a certificate)
• Enjoy a flexible schedule, allowing you to balance your work and personal life
• Be part of a strong support system, with access to support hotlines, community activities, and teacher care programs

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should:

• Hold a college/Associate degree or higher
• Be proficient in speaking English with a neutral accent
• Be available to teach during peak times (each lesson lasts 25 minutes)
• Have experience in teaching English to young learners or foreigners (ESL/EFL), although this is not essential

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of PHP 30,000-60,000 per month, as well as a range of benefits, including:
