Key Responsibilities:

• Greet prospects and residents, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience
• Answer phone calls, route inquiries, and assist with service requests
• Coordinate guest suite schedules, loading dock and elevator schedules, and package deliveries
• Maintain clubhouse amenities and ensure tour-ready conditions
• Assist with resident activities, programs, and events
• Develop and maintain relationships with concierge vendors and local businesses
• Work closely with the Community Manager and Sales Consultant to support sales and marketing efforts
