Job Overview

Route location: Jasper, IN, with orientation taking place in Bloomington, IN. As a Part-Time Merchandiser, you will be responsible for:

• Filling, merchandising, and rotating products on display and shelves according to procedures and special programs
• Physically moving products from the backroom to display areas
• Creating and distributing point-of-sale materials on display and shelves where permitted
• Organizing and maintaining the backroom by stacking and arranging products by package and flavor
• Fostering business relationships with store personnel through routine follow-up on requests and proactive discussions

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Effective communication skills, including listening, speaking, and writing
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with various customers
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs. repetitively)
• Able to work reliably and independently with little daily supervision
• Critical thinking skills and a company-provided cell phone

Minimum qualifications include a valid in-state driver's license, excellent driving history, and proof of insurance policy. Preferred qualifications include excellent driving history.
