We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Part-Time Retail Merchandiser to join our team at Chuck Latham Associates, a leading pet sales and branding agency. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in promoting multiple product lines in specialty retailer stores, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with store associates and customers.

Responsibilities:

• Perform merchandising tasks, including compliance checks, improving on-shelf availability, and educating store staff
• Promote brand awareness and sales by engaging with store associates and customers
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, store associates, and management
• Visit assigned stores monthly, with additional workload dependent on surge projects
• Utilize a smart device to take photos and submit completion surveys

Requirements:

• Strong technical skills with smartphone/tablet technology
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional weekends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and minimum auto insurance coverage
• Prior merchandising experience preferred
